		<description>I agree with Jim.  A high-profile colleague of mine once advised a young man considering a career as a church technical director that he needed to count the costs because it was one of the most overly-demanding and under-appreciated positions in the church. 

A site dedicated to building up people who serve their hearts out week after week sounds great to me.

We must live out our Biblical family values as the Church and not suck-dry the lives of our volunteers while helping them to serve Christ richly and excellently.</description>
